The agency was very good at what they did. Their projects were succeeding and clients were happy, but the agency was not growing. There never seemed to be enough time to get everything done. Although they had tools to help with many things, you realized they still had an execution problem.
The agency tools worked well in silos, but did not share data well. The marketing team was wasting time juggling tools.
It was hard to track the data and reporting via screenshot-copy-paste was not the best use of the agencies creative talents.
